I thought everyone has seen those pictures. I believe he had some injury that spurred his weight gain. This is why exercise is not enough, skinny people that eat everything, but don’t control their diet. A month or two without exercise, and you gain a hundred pounds. Its best to eat right all the time and not depend on exercise or metabolism alone.

That’s not true monique.

I am a very small guy…have maintained my wieght throughout my entire life even when I didn’t hit the gym.

Genetically you can only gain as much as your dna tells you to max out at. Of course, there are those who gain in their gut, legs, tush or upper body in ways they never saw coming…

…but Pun just had the genes for it.

In my case? I have had periods (though very active generally) where I didn’t touch a weight or run for up to a year. I just partied alot because of trying to get my music off the ground.

When I realized I wasn’t feeling good, I just got back to basics.

I didn’t gain no more than 5 extra pounds throughout that entire year.

So it depends, but usually your DNA determines that.

yeah he was in a car accident and there was some type of injury that caused thyroid damage…just sad

i worked 4 Mack 10 when they shot the movie Thicker Than Water and some1 in his crew always walked around with a chair 4 him to sit down. When he was standing, he’d rock back n forth/side 2 side cuz his equilibrium would be off if he just stood still…he couldn’t just stand still

He told Vibe mag years ago that he won a lawsuit from his job, sat down and started eating and got lazy. No thyroid issue, no injury, no former bodybuilding – just a lazy glutton. RIP and all, but how anyone can eat their way to that kind of obesity is just disgusting.
