Tyler Perry’s latest headline is not related to his stellar productions and philanthropic efforts, instead he’s become the latest target of a lawsuit. The actor and screenwriter is being taken to court for copyright infringement for his film “Diary of A Mad Black Woman.” Continue…

    Tyler Perry’s writing style is very formula, a formula he does not break. Down trodden single mother+ a drug abuser + molestation+ Madea cameos = millions of dollars. I know that many Black writers, myself included, are frustrated because Tyler Perry is not accepted ANY outside script submissions because of potential lawsuits. So keep up the suits people and we could be looking forward to 100s more Madea films in the next few years. D.a.m.n you all!!!
