I reported a similar situation in Virginia Beach Virginia where a father was leaving his two kids in the truck for two hours each morning before school and three hours in the evening after school while he went to work. His kids are going to school out of district and her brought a trailer, but the trailer wasnt habitable so that is why the kids were being left in the car. It went on for a month. I called social services once I was made aware of the situation, social services said they would look into, if it is abuse then charges would be pressed. Needless to say, social services in Norfolk didnt think it was abuse to leave kids in a truck for hours.

Actually this is more common in white people… parents leaving kids and pets locked in cars while they run to the coffee shop, etc.

Why the hell would you leave your baby in the car?, leave them lonely and afraid, and someone could have broke into the car and taken the child, and they could not protect themselves, ppl are losing their minds.
