Along with parents the criminal justice system plays an intregal part of that protection, but who becomes responsible when there is no more innocents? This does not excuse R. Kelley would (and he should have been charged) would mean to file charges against every MAN that violated the innocents of this child before R. Kelley. Then again, she might have been a child by statutory but those of you who knew her knew she wasn't a child by depth. How can a child, an INNOCENT LITTLE GIRL take the kind of penetration that she endured? It appeared to me that she not only enjoyed it, but performed for the camera. I am perplexed and utterly confused by this fiasco we call justice. Where do we go from here? Did you see the video?
