I wonder how true this story is… I was at the concert and we pretty much hang around the stadium for over an hour looking for our ride. We walked all around the stadium and there were no signs of any altercation… As well, EVERY PERFORMER spoke out against the Sean Bell case and PUBLIC ENEMY was the most outright about it, so I cant imagine the lil Jim Jones said being any worse or inciteful… Chuck D actually called for civil disobedience… I think this story is BALONEY!!!

what? i didn’t know about this- i guess because i left after he performed Ballin..i will again say i felt this Summer Jam was wack as hell..Hot 97 needs to do better next year..i was actually able to make it to my car and drive out the parking lot w/o sitting in traffic-that is unheard of at any concert end..

i was there to n it was GARBAGE but luckily i was so twisted i had fun lol the last time i went was 96 n that was the bomb words can’t explain i mean i would neva forget that, but this one omg they could have done with out but from what i hear its been dead for a couple yrs now

I also attended summer jam 08, for the very 1st time this year, and I must say that it was not all that. And why did they think Jim Jones is hot enough to close a show. They had us waiting around after Public Enemy performed for the Dip Set?? SMH
