Bouncers at Jay-Z’s 40/40 Club in Atlantic City were caught on camera beating up on two patrons and may face criminal charges. Pop the top to see the whole brawl on tape.
The scuffle took place in the wee hours of Saturday morning and happened after the victims were ejected out the club after being accused of grabbing female guests and jostling with staff. The victims Tyrell Durant, 26 and Leonard Clark, 25 who were arrested on the scene for disorderly conduct, say they only came to the club to have a good time and celebrate Leonard’s birthday. Both men say they didn’t deserve to be beat up . The 40/40 spokeswoman had no comment at this time about the incident.

Man I was a bouncer for 4 years and trained bouncers. One thing you’re not supposed to do is engage in a fight outside of the doors(at least in Illinois). Still that was NOTHING! The place I was at had off duty Sheriff’s Deputies and we could have Mag light flashlights and tasers too…If we threw you out, you were going to jail or the hospital…..

I don’t know about everywhere else, but I know in Florida, by law the club has to supply it’s own “Security”…The Off duty Sheriffs are just augment for the normal team there, and are supposed to act as a visual deterrant, but you know how brothers and alcohol are….Either way, I think they won’t get anything if they pursue this……
