@ Daywalker– I was not aware private security could use force if a person refused to cooperate, still I did not see evidence that these men were refusing to leave. When it comes down to it, a case will be made for the victims bc the images of them being brutalized is what can be seen in the film and not what the bouncers alleged.

I’m so over this foolishness, Black people love to fight when going to a clubs, Just looking at this tape each of these guys works for 40/40 club needs to be charge, and JayZ needs to fired them also,…I would not hired silly people like this to work for me,…God is not please with this behavior…They wanted to beat up someone, maybe they were bored did’nt have anything better to do, cause this just don’t make no sense…Thank God these bouncer do not carry guns, they just kill people for no reason and have no experience just big and silly looking….
