Did you even stop to consider that the person who wrote the post might speak British English or a variant that is closer to it than American English, and they therefore use the corresponding spellings? Read up on Noah Webster (as in the creator of Webster’s dictionary), he created American spellings as a political symbol to distance America from Britain linguistically.

I am a Canadian teacher in NYC, from my experience in the last 16 years listening to Americans speak and editing for Americans, it is clear that the school system seems to have abandoned teaching grammar about 45 years ago.

BTW, “neighbor” is fine if you are American, but you can’t expect everyone else to adopt everything that is American simply because they live here or communicate with you, it’s not like a foreign language is being spoken or written.

I’m a 100% black and I don’t care if black men date white, green or purple women. My issue is don’t demean or disrespect black women in the process – don’t say “I prefer white women over black women bec….” at the end of the day a women are going to be women – regardless of race. Men like Tiger have stereotyped black women and yes he is African American (50 percent), Chinese (25 percent) and Native American (25 percent) – his mother is not WHITE. And he does not believe he’s black – when you look at his skin he looks more black to me. Nowadays every body and there mama want to be everything but black – everybody want to be mix – not to say there’s anything wrong with being biracial. Everybody have a choice – if he don’t think he’s black then we shouldn’t claim him as black – we shouldn’t feel we have to force someone to claim our race. @LADY A- Last week on some show they were talking about how all these men in the public eye were cheating and how some were being so bold with it. They had I think a panel of 5 (3 men and 2 women). They were trying to understand why cheating has become so rampant amongst these men and for these men to feel so comfortable in doing so, especially emails and taking pictures or what not. But all agreed (and gave me a new view) that women who continue to take cheating men back, particulary those who are serial cheaters are also contributing to this problem and I totally agreed with that. I have personally heard from females making excuses for why the men cheated which made him think it was okay. SMH. What do you think about that?

I do think it is so sad that many women either are desperate just to say they have a man or place a price tag over their self-worth and respect. I will never be the one. Sorry I did not answer your question: Honestly what I have learned from having many male friends is that men will do what they want to do…When they cheat they already know that they are putting things on the line. Smart ones will admit to knowing this and will have comfort in doing so…Stupid ones will think they can get away with it. Women who allow it somewhat contribute to not the initial cheating, but how many times you let it happen. Like I said some women will settle so a man will just keep going over and over cause he knows wifey won’t leave. The intial cheating is not cause of the woman but because of the man…IT’s a test as well as gratification.

Listen, at the bottom of it all, women are women, regardless of race. White women are not these angelic, pristine beings who are without fault, and black women aren’t the hostile, confrontational, unsupportive individuals that some paint them to be. You can find suitable and unsuitable partners in every race.

His father was black and his mother was German, but he told me how is father at an early age told him to stay clear of black women, but date only: white, Asian, and his favorite Indian. I am not saying this was the case for Woods (but I know others who are bi-racial men who’s father told them the same thing). For the most part we had a good relationship, until he said “You are so pretty I can’t wait til we get married and have kids, your complexion is just right no tar babies for us” he was dead serious. Elin was already chasing him with that club. how the heck did she get all theway down that driveway and the window smashed before the neighbors came out and they claim to have come out the moment they heard the crash! she was likely chasing him. he sped up to get away from her – probably backwards – and crashed up his truck. When she saw what she had caused she probably became hysterical and used the club to break him out of the car. Now its already been confirmed she called his sidepiece that night. 1.Pray and wait God will send a real, live quality man

3.Give in to desperation and resort to sharing a man with as many women who are willing to share
4.Give up. Get comfy with taking care of herself and life as an old maid

I have gone through this several times. Insecurity can really kill a good thing…and my first wife had major insecurities I knew nothing about until after the fact.

The second time? Were still newlyweds in a sense but it’s much better being as though I’ve known her since I was 10-11 and we share major common interests and have done so without being around each other…so we just blended.

ALL of those other things fall into place…it you both are truly friends FIRST!

That’s the most important thing…not a list to go off of..and trust me, many people ride or die by notions that a list not being met means failure.
