Everybody needs to “hold there horses” and see what these papers are actually about. If molestation was really the case it wouldn’t matter if he was 16 or not they would have slammed his ***** against the wall–especially in Florida. The fact that he is not locked up makes it look skeptical right there. He could have tried to discipline the child and got in a beef with the mother and they took it too far you never know. @Money First Before you judge us for judgeing him, understand that if the allegations were never proven in court or there was no eye witness or the family dicided not to prosecute, but instead settled for a protection from abuse order in order for the kid not to have continued annimosity towards the person who did whatever to him. I could care less about this guy or anyone who would molest a child. The FACTS that have been laid out before me,lead me to think that this whole story is shady. If he had any sexual contact with a minor child,under Florida LAW he would have had to register as a Sex Offender with the Police and THAT would have been on the record. The original story was that he had unpaid attorney fees and that lead the attorney’s daughter to come out with what she alledges to be court papers that say this guy molested a child. If those papers were not on the public record than SHE and her FATHER broke the law. Court records in cases involving minor children are sealed for a reason. To protect the MINOR CHILD involved NOT the defendant. Any first year law student knows that is a clear breach of judicial ethics that is punishable by disbarrment.Any half decent reporter could have dug this up IF it were true and yet no one did. I ask, again – WHAT ELSE occurs in this manner that an emergency removal is required, insisting that this man not be in the same home (I believe the actuals said something to the effect of him being an immediate danger). If you can come up with a more believable theory, from the info provided, I’d like to hear it. Or better yet, why doesn’t Mr. “P” make a statement? I mean, after all, it’s his name that is being dragged through the mud.
IMO, it’s better to err on the side of caution, especially in regards to something like this.

I was on sandrarose.com and she is now backtracking claiming that even if he was convicted as a minor, he would still have to register as a sex offender. Here’s the thing, there are a million different reasons as to why he was probably tried as a juvenile and why he does not have to register as a sex offender. In the state of Florida, when a juvenile is convicted of a sex offense, it must meet certain criteria before he or she is required to register as a sex offender. Depending on how much evidence the prosecution had and based on his fame, they might have cut him a deal in which he did not have to register and the records were sealed. And for all of the people out there saying why are people trying to ruin his life and blah blah blah, think about the kid in this situation. His life is irrevocably damaged and the dude who violated him gets to go off and be a super star riding around in Lambos. Where’s the justice in that? Albeit, this Goldstein chick is probably just releasing this information for her own selfish reasons, if it is indeed true he deserves to be raked over the damn coals. I say the same thing about R.Molester Kelly. If I were the girl’s mother in that case, I would have tracked him down and shot him like the dog he is. But *shrugs* cest la vie..

The very fact that the child was removed to the custody of the state, to be placed with (whomever) so long as the child (who’s name is in the do*****ent too) was not in the presence of one Marcus Cooper, whom they believe posed an immediate threat – says a mouthful. Whether he molested/touched/raped/fondled or physically abused this child in ANY way, is inexcusable. I understand the papers don’t SAY that, in fact, the papers don’t go into any detail about WHY he was removed, just that he was, and ole boy was the cause.

Okay people…nothing in these do*****ents say ANYTHING about molestation… So someone puts out some paperwork that does not have certain information on it and we all just run and say he is a child molester.. I mean damn, we hanging this young brotha and throwing dirt on his name too soon.
