@Money First Before you judge us for judgeing him, understand that if the allegations were never proven in court or there was no eye witness or the family dicided not to prosecute, but instead settled for a protection from abuse order in order for the kid not to have continued annimosity towards the person who did whatever to him. I ask, again – WHAT ELSE occurs in this manner that an emergency removal is required, insisting that this man not be in the same home (I believe the actuals said something to the effect of him being an immediate danger). If you can come up with a more believable theory, from the info provided, I’d like to hear it. Or better yet, why doesn’t Mr. “P” make a statement? I mean, after all, it’s his name that is being dragged through the mud.
IMO, it’s better to err on the side of caution, especially in regards to something like this.

If this guy really done this, I believe his attorney fees would have been paid in full.

I didn’t see anything that proved that he molested any child. The statement/court order could have been issued if he was deemed inappropriate and/or unsafe toward the child, but that does not automatically mean he molested a child.
