The “Pleasure Principle” is a Freudian concept. Freud theorized that children are sexual beings and they express their sexuality doing different things at various stages of their childhood because they find it pleasurable. I’m serious, I’m a Psychology student, look it up.

@Money First Before you judge us for judgeing him, understand that if the allegations were never proven in court or there was no eye witness or the family dicided not to prosecute, but instead settled for a protection from abuse order in order for the kid not to have continued annimosity towards the person who did whatever to him. It may have been the best thing for all parties. One thing that was made clear was that he was not allowed to be near that kid.

If sealed court papers can be posted on Twitter or any other website by random people,then we have us a SERIOUS problem people. I can not believe any Lawyer would allow his daughter access to sealed court papers let alone let her post them on the internet. There are so many parts of this story that makes no sense to me. I don’t want to see random opinions,i want to someone to dig deeper and give us the truth and i want to see the children who were involved in this,Protected from any further harm.

I did research, and read closely the info I was given (the docs). I ask, again – WHAT ELSE occurs in this manner that an emergency removal is required, insisting that this man not be in the same home (I believe the actuals said something to the effect of him being an immediate danger). If you can come up with a more believable theory, from the info provided, I’d like to hear it. Or better yet, why doesn’t Mr. “P” make a statement? I mean, after all, it’s his name that is being dragged through the mud.
IMO, it’s better to err on the side of caution, especially in regards to something like this.

If this guy really done this, I believe his attorney fees would have been paid in full.

I didn’t see anything that proved that he molested any child. The statement/court order could have been issued if he was deemed inappropriate and/or unsafe toward the child, but that does not automatically mean he molested a child.
