Dream I wouldn’t worry about getting a Grammy because today the Grammy’s is nothing more than a popularity contest because it surely isn’t about talent anymore and the quality of an artist’s music which is what it was originally supposed to be about. Not to take anything away from B because she works really hard and puts on a great show but was her album really that great? No. Even her stuff is sounding the same. As far as Taylor Swift most Black ppl might have slept on her but I’m a Black person who actually likes country music so I’m happy for her nominatoins. I think country music is the last genre where their fans actually still buy CDS. I don’t believe she needs 8 nominations though. I wonder if Sugarland got one. What about Rafael Sadiq and Maxwell? The Dream definitely deserves a grammy. He’s an amazingly talented artist. He sings, writes and produces that’s alot more than you can say for some of them other non talented artist that keep winning everything like um Beyonce for example.

I was listening to the Tom Joyner Morning Show about a year ago and he stated that the great Frankie Beverly told him they had never been nominated for any type of award. None! Here’s a guy with a 30+ year career and still gigin. Hard to believe, ain’t it?
