1. They ask you questions and you cant answer each one with “Because he be good, I need his music to get through my day or She looks like shes f*cked before”
2. You cant answer the question “can you be objective” with “yeah i can if you tell me what objective means”

Kelly is done. The reason they allowed it to be delayed is because of mercy. They know he is guilty as HELL and needed to make all the money he can.

I smell a mistrial. This case is insane! If the defense is successful in getting this guy to leak his source, it’s over! Kells will walk, but if not, I think there will be a mistrial.
Where is the other surprise witness that was supposed to kill the testimony of the other girl?
@ And….with five dots. the surprise witness couldn’t testify because he would not give his social security number….I think I read that here a couple of days ago on another post. The reason kells lawyers have delayed the trial for 6 years is because at the time the tape was revealed the girl in the tape was still underage and “looked” underage. At this point, she is 23. It is going to be difficult for a jury to convict kelly for having sex with a minor when she no longer looks like the minor on the tape. It’s a psychology thing. the defense would definitely not want an underage girl on the stand or in the court room for the jury to see or being questioned about the tape when it would be easier for them to identify her. As an adult, not so much. that’s my take. believe me, r kelly should be locked up for songs like hair braider alone..damn the trial lock him up for all the years we’ve had to endure his mediocrity and stupid wack***** remixes. “You remind me of my Jeep?” give me a f*cking break….SMH
The defense doesn’t need Fatso to testify. There’s reasonable doubt without Fatty pleading the 5th. Very suspicious character, wouldn’t doubt he done something illegal with the tape before he turned it in to the cops.
