Chris Brown is still on the redemption road and when he talked to VIBE he told them how whack he thought the BET Awards were without him:

You were removed from the BET Awards show when the Michael Jackson tribute was happening. As a supreme MJ fab, that had to hurt.

CB: It was wack. I’ll keep it a hundred. The BET Awards was horrible. I was watching it, holding my face…… like, “Oh my God, this is wack.” I didn’t get it. Michael Jackson was such a big entertainer. And I’m not dissing any of the artists who did the songs. But I was expecting a lot more of energy for Michael. And BET Awards usually comes hard. I was expecting them to have Usher, Omarion and even Justin. And I was expecting Ne-Yo to dance. They were so bent on getting me there that they messed up their own show.

Does this fool really believe that they the BET Awards were whack just because they didn’t want him in it? SMH

    But he’s 100% right, the BET awards were ABSOLUTELY whack. Not just cause he wasnt there, but all those people who he named who emulated Michael didnt perform. AND NOBODY went hard for Mike. I hope he does get a chance to do a tribute to him, cause other than Janet, aint nobody really went hard on a tribute for Mike.

    I think what Chris needs to realize is that he is STILL a black man. That means overcoming his adversity will be that much harder–period.
    He takes everything as a personal shot when he needs to recognize that he us going through what every BM has to go through when they f— up.

    Patience is a virtue. And he should shut the F.U C-K up until this passes.

    you can get a dui, gun possession, drug rehab stint, but hurt a woman or a child, mainstream will dead you.

    First of all, its too soon for him to release an album, he should have waited untill the spring/summer. He should have given one good, in depth honest, contrite interview then let it go, there should be no references of rihanna on his album, and he should be lying low and at least pretending to be doing some real selfhelp work.

    FAIL.

    I’M NOT SAYING HE’S A BAD PERSON WHO SHOULD NEVER HAVE THE RIGHT TO DO WHAT HE DOES EVER AGAIN BUT HE IS NOT THE SHARPEST KNIFE IN THE DRAWER. CLEARLY.

    Chris is right the BET awards was mad wack. They needed way more dancing if the wanted to honor M.J. Chris Brown’s performance would have made the show better but with that said BET should basically honored not only M.J. vocals but his dance because that’s what he was famous for. Everybody wanted to sing sad and moppy songs and M.J. probaly would have wanted them dancing. Chris keep ya head up my dude and all ya haters keep hating because Chris is gonna comeback strong.

    And his 20/20 interview was decent and basically exposed that Rihanna lied and it will show that she has probably lied about many other things to a broader audience.

    I agree with Chris; the BET award show was WACK. I dont believe he thought it was Wack because he didn’t have the opportunity to perform. I was watching the show anticipating their tribute to Michael Jackson and when the performances started, I was like, WTF!!!, BET has to be kidding. That SHi@ appeared to be thrown together at the last minute. It was very low energy. The dancers were sorry as He!! The white stations (MTV and VH1) gave a better tribute to our black king of pop, Michael Jackson and that is so sad!!!

    The BET was bad even though i thought it was okay but everyhting was so unorganize that it got on my nerves and all they kept doing was singing sad love songs and nothing else even if chris brown wasn’t there they could have Usher performed .He was spot on right because it was terrible and if you readed or listened to what he said cause you people need to go back to school and learn to read between the lines that he was saying the show was messed up becasue it was unorganize and they were trying to get him into their show so much that they do anyhting else on the last minute.

    As far as her interview – It sounded so rehearsed it’s not even funny. And the accent was just to make her more personable, the whole thing was just a PR stunt. Nothing more.
