@ common sense

I’ve been reading the blog entries btw you and a couple of other people. While I can appreciate your views and your differences I have yet to hear who you will vote for and why if anyone at all? It didn’t seem like you like any of the canadites.

On another note….

You guys…we can have debates and differences but when it turns into personal attacks then what’s the point? Assuming that EVERYone is voiting for Obama b/c he is black isn’t a fair assesment of the people who actually took time to read and follow up on ALL the potenital canadites.

No one person whoever is elected will be able to fulfill everything that they proposed to do. Also when talking about experience…one of the previous bloggers said “no one has experience being the president unless you’ve been president” which is true. They all have areas where the excell more than others but none have experience as being president; so we can all drop that debate.

Common sense you are entitled to your views and your opinions just as well as everyone else.

We can agree to disagree without going to the extent of all the name calling.

I don’t look to Obama as my hero or messiah as you’ve stated in the pass to other bloggers, but as far as the next potential president, regardless of his race I believe that he is the best person for the job.

I agree with your comment RoadRunner about black people don’t vote for a black candidate just b/c they are black…i think alot of people fail to see that…u vote for someone b/c you agree with their views and believe them to be the best candidate for the job b/c if Obama’s views were like Bush’s, I would not give him my vote

McKlan aka McCain basically is for everything Bush is for, we had to deal with him for 6 years and look how this world has fallen apart, im sick of doing the old thing b/c clearly it isnt working and change (Obama) for the future is what is good for America, it has nothing to do with being black, white, hispanic, etc. it has to do with what and who is best for America and although Obama is black not once did he campaign with just blacks in mind but the people of America so stop fooling urselves that this has anything to do with color the only thing is that Obama happened to be the 1st black man to do it despite all the racism in the world he crossed those barriers

First of all I what is the point of having someone who has been in office for a long time-McKlan, when they did nothing then and will end up doing the same again. Stop being dumbasses and voting for McKlan out of spite…why vote for someone just like Bush when look at where we are now, it’s time for change and rather the world ends in 2012 or tommorow so what…just pray and be happy for the days you were here and make the best out of it…give Obama his due whether he wins or not, he has made history b/c not too long ago blacks could not even vote let alone run for president…I pray that Obama wins b/c despite however you feel he can’t be more evil then McKlan…lol

I am really proud of Obama. In politics you have to take chances and I’m taking one with Obama. He may not be an old fart like McCain, but I’m tired of old farts. I may not agree with every one of his policies, but he is a better choice than the fossil.

I don’t know why some of you are criticizing black people for voting for a black candidate. Why the hell not? We’ve been voting for white candidates forever. And I don’t think that black people are voting for him solely because he’s black. If that were the case, Jesse would have been president in 1984. Or Alan Keyes in 2000.

I don’t understand when people say gay marriage affect the sanctity of marriage and for the record obama is not for gay marriage, but he is for civil unions. secondly the reason why many marriages are affected is because of people going outside of the marriage to find instant gratification,. instead off comunicating with their spouse. McCain is a prime example of thatUpon returning from Vietnam, McCain received news that his wife had been in a terrible car accident, which, in subsequent surgery, had led to the loss of inches in height and crippling injuries.
