Oh man she still looks frail and cracked out. Who would’ve ever thought 5 years ago this girl would turn out like this? This is her mother’s fault for trying to be her friend partying with her instead of being a mother. Even though Lindsay has been to rehab twice already, I still hope she gets the help she needs eventually. If Miley’s parents don’t get a grip on her, she might turn out the same way. They’ve already let that girl get a tattoo by her breast and have a boyfriend in his 20′s when she’s only 16. That’s sad her parents are that money hungry that they won’t discipline her.
