MY POINT WAS THAT BLACK WOMEN (AS A WHOLE) NEED TO STEP UP & GET IT TOGETHER. ALL I WAS TRYING TO SAY WAS THAT BLACK WOMEN, IN GENERAL, HAVE A NEGATIVE IMAGE AND FOR BLACK WOMEN TO SIT HERE AND JUDGE THESE WHITE GIRLS IS VERY IRONIC. I WAS SUGGESTING THAT WE GET OUR ACT TOGETHER (AS A WHOLE) BEFORE WE GO JUDGING OTHERS.

Although I can understand your point to a certain degree, maybe you should word your responses different. I am a black women, whom has a son, BUT although my son’s father and I are not together and have not been for years, I was “never a jump off”. We were together for 10 years so how could I be? I never used him for money and although he is suppose to pay child support he doesn’t and “a goverment check” does not follow along. Not ALL BLACK WOMEN are disrespectful to themselves nor their race. Although, yes maybe the the Department For Disease Control may report that ‘the black race’ leads in the carrier for STD’s, (it is mighty ironic how you always see all of these studies done on the ‘black race’) did you know that it’s actually ‘white women’ that leads the race with assistants for GOVERMENT AIDE?? Crazy huh?? So that really means that ‘white people’ are 37% more likely to seek goverment assistants(food stamps, a monthly ‘welfare’ check, etc…)than ‘black people’. It’s fine that you would like to quote statistics, but if you do that, you really should check for all facts not just ‘black facts’. As I said, not all ‘black women’ have their “legs up in the air and showing their butt cheeks”. I admit sometimes I get on this website and out of fun say certain comical things, but putting that aside for right now…. I am one of those ‘black women’ whom has a degree going back for her Master’s. I am a ‘black women’ whom is not with her child’s father, BUT I am married and have been for almost 2 years. I do not “collect a check” I work two jobs, so there is not a need to do that. Believe me, even if my husband weren’t in the picture, I’d still do the same thing that I did before him. WORK to take care of my household. So again, please don’t say ALL BLACK WOMEN or even allude to the fact that it’s ALL BLACK WOMEN, because all of us are not the same.
