According to the good folks over at AHH, Joe Camel and Damon Dash have been hit with a $15 million dollar lawsuit for stealing the concept of the movie State Property from his novel. Antonne Jones says he with with The Roc in 1998 and wanted 500K for the rights and Jay and Dame just ganked it and made the movie. Click here to read more about the lawsuit.
