How many rappers have been caught with drugs and have been charged with possession with the intent to resale? Very few. The last case involving Lil Wayne has had little coverage. I like to follow these cases to see the verdict. Depending on the amount found by police these guys can get off by going to rehab and a little probation. His lyrics have no foundation for prosecution. If that was the case a lot of fools would be in prison.

For your damn information I have a great deal of knowledge as a Pre-Law student in my senior year. The reason I even decided to major in law is because I have had several uncles and two brothers locked up for selling drugs. One uncle is serving major time-Federal. The RICO Law was introduced to combat criminal enterprises such as the MAFIA. But read it closely and you will notice the powers can be used against anyone, except for law enforcement and Fedreal Aggencies which are exempt from such prosecution. The late John Gotti put this law in the most simplelist of terms.

I really do not think the RICO Act would apply in this case.
