OBAMA MAKES A LOT OF “CONTROVERSIAL” COMMENTS ABOUT PEOPLE’S LIVES, FAMILIES, INTERESTS, BELIEFS. HE ESPECIALLY FOCUSES ON THE NEGATIVE WHEN ADDRESSING AFRICAN AMERICAN AUDIENCES. LISTENING TO OBAMA IS LIKE WATCHING THE NEWS: HYPE AND STEREOTYPE WITH A SIDE OF FEAR.

STICK TO THE POLITICS, POLICY ETC. OR SOLUTIONS, NOT PREACHING!! IM NOT VOTING FOR ANYONE BASED ON THEIR ETHNICITY. (EVERY BROTHER AINT A BROTHER) MAYBE I NEED TO BE MORE INFORMED ON WHAT HE’S DONE/DOING TO BRING ABOUT CHANGE. YES WE CAN, BUT WHAT’S THE PLAN?

Ya know, I just read a fantastic point made regarding Obama’s speech on fatherhood Sunday from another site. Black women are always indicted as to why there are so many out-of-wedlock births as though, we, alone, made this baby. Many of us choose wrong men, however, while that may very well be true, it’s also an indictment on black men. If 70% of these women are raising children alone, that means 70% of these men are DEADBEATS. Some brothers choose to pass the buck and criticize black women for our faults and failures, but fail to look in the mirror. For all these brothers that want to set black women straight, how many gangsta, hoodrat, thuggish brothers are you talking to? How many are you telling that birth control is not always 100% effective so if you and the one you are sleeping with don’t want a baby, you best make sure you are doing everything in your power to prevent it instead of putting your penis wherever it points. Men, too, have a responsibility. What a concept, huh?

A lot of black men (not all) fail to see their own sins. I’ve often heard it said, before trying to remove the stick out of my eye, take the mot out of yours. You see, it’s always easy for SOME brothers to blame. They tend to be very arrogant and think they are beyond fault. If they do admit their faults, they chock it up to “being human,” but will continue to bash black females. Do black women (all women for that matter) need to make better choices in men? Yes! However, for each bad decision we make, there is always a counterpart, so let’s quit the black female bashing, shall we?

Oh, by the way, I expect some to disagree, but that’s okay because this is my opinion.

Well you would have an attitude and be a little put off if you worked a full time job, picked up kids, shopped, dealt w/ school problems, paid 100% of ALL the bills, kissed, hugged and prayed w/ the kids; whipped, spanked, disciplined the kids not just on everyother weekend, BUT 24/7…

ANSWER: if black men think sistas are mean and have attitudes PLEASE straighten them out by helping out and doing your part… IT’S HARD OUT HERE FOR ONE PERSON WHO IS BOTH MOTHER AND FATHER-LIKE FIGURE… sistas want to be able to act like ladies/women and not fathers. BOTTOMLINE, Man-up and get on your J.0.B.
