That, my friends is called “thigh burn” That is when thick/fat thighs rub together constantly. The darkened skin is result of not washing/scrubbing the dead skin cells with a loofah or spa gloves and non-lotioning, thus giving the rugged, textured appearance. Since the inside thigh is not given as much attention to, as say, the breast, ass, full outer/back of leg, this becomes a shock to all that see, especially the hussy that poses for a picture.

What this is , is…. a fungus caused by sweat and thighs rubbing with out getting much air. sweat occurs from no air and eventually a fungus starts close to the vagina and then starts to travel down the inner thigh. Its common also in women who s hormone levels are changing due to peri menopause and menopause. It is also common under larger breast that sweat and have no air. It can be easily treatsd with any anit fungus cream or spray such as athletes foot sprays or monostat yeast infection cremes.
