Are all black people this insecure? I know for a fact that interracial marriages are not that common in America or the world in general. People just tend to marry with in there own race, social status, etc. I don’t understand why black people get so upset when they see a black man or woman with a non black person. Is it because the black dude is rich? Or the black woman is beautiful? I admit, it does seem like famous blacks tend to date IR…If anything it should be the Asian dudes who are p-off at the white men. White man/Asian women are the biggest IR couples. Have been for decades. Most of my uncles are married to Asian women. Anyway, you people need to get it together and stop hating each other so much. I remember a time when black stuck together against prejudice whites like my grandfather. That is the reason you all are free now. What Happened!!!! Now you all sound just like him, no respect for one another. I cannot believe I am hearing a black man call another black female a *igger B!! Crazy!! So true abt the diff standards. A plain black girl can’t always get love, she has to be gorgeous and super fit, and most often “not too dark.” Dark skin offends way too many ppl and I don’t know why, time for this ish to stop.

Truth be told The White Male is still seen around the world as the so called Gold Standard. Black Men now have been let in the game and a lot of us have taken advantage of that. Could not agree with you more about Asian Women/White Men. In terms of interracial relationships Asian Men get the shortest end of the stick more than anyone out here. Asian Women when given a choice will opt for a White Man over an Asian Man in a heartbeat. Asian Men don’t date White Women,because most White Women are just not attracted to Asian Men. I have several Asian Male colleagues who constantly bemoan the fact that the only girls who will go out with them are Asian Girls who are new to this country and once they have been here a while,they leave them for the first White Guy that comes along. So as bad as some Sistas think they have it,Asian Men have it just as bad if not worse!

my only question is why would a white woman want a black man. Most have 3 or 4 kids with black hoes that also have 3 or 4 kids from someone else. Give me a Becky over an Aisha anyday. They are cleaner, more educated and most importantly, more civilized. Aisha’s don’t do nothing but sit on their fat a.s.s.e.s. all day and collect checks. Maybe a brotha is sick of being the main support and wants a real women. it’s not the white womens fault most of them are white.

I take issue when folks (men and women) began talking the nonesense of keeping and holding a man or woman.
Usually when men or women leave it has nothing to do with the other being able to hold on to them and everything to do with them wanting to be held on to.

When a person takes a vow of commitment, they have decided before God to be committed.
ANYONE who breaks that commitment, didn’t take that seriously AND didn’t want to take it seriously.

OUR (BLACK PEOPLE) family structure and faith has broken down. And because of that we keep looking to others to strengthen and validate us.
Fact is, if you a weak (man or woman) unable to be held on to with a black man or woman, you will be the same way with any other race of (black man or woman).

Think about all the black celebrity men who are supposedly with white women.
Are they faithful and treat them better than they would treat a black woman.

I have been tracking via other websites the trends of these IR dating sites for black females wanting to “open up their options.” They tend to be a bit desperate to me. Asking women to pay upwards of $200 to be members of dating sites. E-Harmony doesnt even charge that much. They also hold IR dating events for black females. They had one this past summer in LA not to far from me.

Does it have to be that complicated? Asian women dont have to do this to get white men. Its sad. Women are supposed to be hunted not hunters. It reeks of desperation.

First of all READ what was written not what you believe to have been written. No where in there did i say Black men were with White women because of ease,or opportunity. Black Men by and large are dating Women of other races and have done so for years because the CHOICE was made available,today more now than ever. Now as far as blaming Black Women,that never happened either,what was written was an example or diagnosis of the problem at hand. The rules of dating in the Black Community today is far different from those of other races and that is a fact. There simply are not enough single viable Black Males to go around for Black Women and due to the fact that the opportunity to date outside of the race is an option,those numbers decrease even more. The Black Women who involve themselves with numerous Black Males do not help the matter and they are sending a lot of Black men away from Black Women,so you do have those Sistas to blame somewhat,so there was nothing “Contradictory”about what was presented to you. And as far as people making commitments before God,that was major reach on your part. God has little to do with one person pledging fidelity to another. The most that one person can expect from someone else is honesty and respect and fidelity is not the mutual province of any one of those. Fidelity is a CHOICE! Pure and simple.

Kigali the majority of Black females still hold firm in the belief that IR relationships are somehow a slap in the face to them and some type of action that’s Anti-Black Woman,when in realty it is all about choice. The number one thing,along with equality that ALL races want,is CHOICE. Black people who choose to date outside their race do so because this is a HUGE world with a variety of different individuals in it. To try to hold firm to the belief that people who are dating others who are different from them ethnically are somehow ashamed of their race or harbor some sort of self hate is just plain ignorant. There is a world outside of your block,and as someone who has traveled a great deal,i have seen first hand that this exists. What troubles me is the low rate of intelligence amongst some of the people who respond,to whatever is posted here. I really wonder if many of them have basic comprehension skills. Actually, it is probably never about them. The justification some black men give on why they date IR (black females having too big attitudes and too big guts) is always after the fact.
