Tamera Mowry was spotted at the Switch Boutique Summer BBQ recently rockin the curly q’s. It’s nice to see that her flat-lining career doesn’t keep her from looking fresh faced and optimistic. We’ve also included Estelle’s Fader 2008 Summer Music Issue in the thumbs.
