I have never been to Africa, but I met many African immigrants when I lived in Germany. Many of them have this toxic tribal mentality and jealousy of each other. The Somali Clan system is a reflection of this. Islam reinforces the Clan mentality. That is the reason why there have been wars in Somalia leading to no government and no Navy to protect your seas and no way to make a living. Ayaan Hirsi Alis rejection of Islam and the clan system is the only way to avoid wars and make Somalia prosperous again.

In most states before a young man can get his driver license he must register for a potential draft.
All males “18″who are going to college or university who are receiving grant money must per-register for a potential draft. There is no draft yet but you must per-register for the arm-forces.

Most schools now are letting the army recruit both girls and boys at age 16 by giving them a ASVAB for potential recruiting.

Draft registration was reinstated in 1980 as a political threat to the
Soviet Union. It exists in order to mobilize troops quickly in the event
of a major war. Currently, there is no draft. In the case of a national emergency, Congress would
have to authorize the President to begin induction in order to restart the draft.

There will not be a draft and I will tell you why. It is much easier to send kids to war when only a small part of the population is affected. Do you think that the government would have gone to war as quickly in Iraq if every citizen knew there was a good chance he or his children would have to go? Of course not. I think there should be a draft. All citizens should have to serve. If the children of wealthy people had an equal chance of dying in a war, they would not be as gung ho about starting them.
