Whether it be verbal or written or implied. This cannot be overridden except by supreme court order. No local Judge can impede on this right. Now this does not apply to slander and etc… But posting pictures is a more recent type of dispute and i would say that the standard has not been set yet so…Idk about that one.

Not really, I would rather have a client with an angry baby momma then a client that has an angry baby momma and decided to respond publicly with the legal system. Most endorsements will not touch a person who is in any kind of legal action. He could have just as easily said, “She is crazy and angry we are not together” and kept it pushing
