Happily “Engaged”

It’s possible the Kimora and boo Djimon Honsou are one step closer to tying the knot:
“[When] asked if Honsou had given her an engagement ring, Simmons was equally forthcoming – and evasive. ‘Well, kind of,’ she said, ‘not quite.’”
Our question is: How do you “kind of” give someone an engagement ring? In that case, we “sort of” congratulate them on their “not quite” engagement.

Kimora is worth about 300 mill, the lady can wear what she wants. She was smart enuf to snare Russell and use his fame and fortune to launch her empire.
