You know even if he is gay,it really shouldn’t be surprising.His field of employment is the “Arts”.Usually the men in your high school drama cl***** and chorus cl***** were gay or there to gain a credit for a cl*****ed they previously failed.So there are a lot of gay entertainers yet they have to keep it under wraps because of the worlds view on same-sex relationships.I do not understand why folks find it so hard to believe and most of the DL people never kiss women in their videos or try to hard in videos like(cough*Ne-Yo*cough)

John Legend ain’t the reason AIDS is rampant in black communities (besides which, there is more than one… there is no “the black community”).

Try looking at 1/3 of “straight” black American males going in and out of the *****/penal system.

Why is it if a black man puts lotion on his ashy a.s.s., aspires to the best in life, dares to go to college and doesn’t walking around sounding like he dropped out of school in the 6th grade then he’s immediately “suspect?” Yet, you have a caravan of “thugs” walking in and out of prison on a regular basis *cough*T.I., Max B, Lil Wayne, Prodigy*cough* and no one thinks twice about it.

Black Americans, in large numbers, are a sad state. Homophobic, racist, paranoid and self-hating in one.

@DenialRiver I can’t speak for anybody else in here, but the reasons you mentioned for ppl to generalize some1 as being gay does not speak to y i cl*****ify JL as gay. I called him gay because that’s what he is. There are too many stories of him and his life style prior to being famous. It is no different than how I knew Sisqo and Jada are bi. Sisqo had an affair with one of my friend’s male cousins and every1 in bmore knows Jada used to be at the gay clubs on the reg back in the day.

Either way as you can tell from most of the comments in here no body cares that he’s gay. It doesn’t change the fact that we love him and his music. It’s just sad that he feels the need to portray a life style he does not truly live and feels uncomfortable being himself.

I interviewed him once. He was a complete *****hole and this was for a major cable station. On top of that, his girl was a whiny lil thing. She kept jumpin in in the middle of the interview asking him for stuff. It was the worst interview I’ve ever done. He is a *****y *****hole and I was such a HUGE fan before the interview, too bad he has to be that way. If it weren’t for his management no one would want to do intv’s with him. They were the saving grace.
