As if his pockets aren’t already fat enough, basketball great Michael Jordan is seeking $10 Million from two grocery stores, alleging they used his identity without permission within advertisements published in a Sports Illustrated issue commemorating the star.

I read this in the nytimes the suit is based on brand infringement, hmm what does have to do again with his personal dating preferences and how is that remotely relevant ?
Sides everyone seen Jordan of with all shades , black included but his girlfriend of the longest time is a latina – cuban. Last I checked Cuban does not equal caucasian (irregardless if that matters) for all the slow people that flunked World history 1301…

It is always good to know the whole story before commenting. Jewel and Dominick’s are NOT just 2 grocery stores, but the largest chains of stores in Illinois and that is a WHOLE lot of groceries. They know better than to do something like this without permission and paying the price should not hurt them but may cost someone their job. Do not feel sorry for them, they are owned by a grocery conglommerate that has more money than Mike.
