I do feel what he is saying to a point. Although Tupac was one of the greatist rappers of all times he was not a saint. I hardly think he should be recogbized or batrayed as a some type of martyr or hero, he played a mojor role in the whole east coast/west coast revelry. He was a big influence on are youth trying to be a thugs, gang revelry and living a “thug life”. Although he touched a lot of his fans hearts through his music the fact is he played a major negative role in our young men and youth life along with his revel Notorious BIG. If we reward people whether they are rich/famous for there wrongful way of life and destructive behavior that they callously infringe upon our youth, I am terribly afraid and sadden at what this world is is to become.

Despite Tupac’s short comings he was human. Remember you can only kill a man once. Defacing his statue does not prove a point, in turn, it proves you to be barbaric.You also end up displaying actions that are sub-human. There are so many other ways to get your point across, but look at it this way he and Tupac may now have something in common a “criminal record”. Now who’s the hypocrite?

When I read the article I knew it had to be a black person…now I’m big on Tupac and his death was tragic but ol dude had a point; why did the Tupac statue look more like a Pastor??…now defacing a statue to get that point across is just wrong…RIP Tupac!!

I think he’s extreme but, he has some points. 2Pac was a hypocrite and it showed in all of his lyrics. I don’t know why we blacks love him like he’s a God. “You can talk about my mama but NOT PAC!” Messiah! Please! The brother had talent but that’s it. He spoke of violence and peace. Some sort of messiah? Nope.
