During her recent trip to Naiobi, Kelly Rowland decided to get an HIV/AIDS test to encourage more young people to get tested:
“Ignorance is not bliss when it comes to HIV infection, and it is important for everyone to know their HIV status. The quicker you know your status, the sooner you can receive treatment if you’re HIV+, and reduce the risk of inadvertently infecting future partners.”
Damn right. Better to be safe than sorry. Kudos to Kelly for holding it down.

Kelly has a good heart…but many people in the public eye are unknowledgable of what truly goes on in the world. Celebs are just puppets to keep you distracted. The Aids Cure already exists. It is United States Patent #5676977. Look it up.
The reason why you must get checked is because one cannot administer drugs to you unless they can get yoiu into the office first. That’s why people promote getting mamograms (for breast cancer) rather than preventing cancer. Prevention doesn’t equal money. Also…by getting you to come into the office for a checkup, doctors can inject you with the virus. Just like how they did in the Tuskegee Syphilis experiment. I don’t believe that so many Africans are dying of Aids because they keep having sex with each other…they are not stupid. They are dying because its genocide. What’s in the “vaccines” that they give them?

I’m all for conspiracy theories myself; and you’re right; if they invent a cure then that’s billions of dollars down the corporate drain. But until the cure becomes public; imma need coloured folks to stop having unprotected sex with each other. @ Buzz Session – I agree with you,although the US drug companies do knowlingly withold AIDS drugs and the distribution on cheap anti- retro virals, particulary to Africa ( cause it affects their profit margin). People need to be educated and protected! no glove no love! The ecomnomic and social issues that contribute need to adressed too!

EVERYONE get HIV testing each and every year. I have been married since the 80s and I get tested each and every year. It is irresponsible not to and you can most likely get it done completely free on National HIV Testing Day or whatever (in July) they call it.

I always loved Kells…it warms my heart to see her doin’ things like that…u get many celebs who do it when they only have an album or film to promote but kells have been workin’ with the aids org. for a couple of years now…i’m proud of her.
