uhm the girl did get shot for crying out loud. Maybe she should focus her lawsuit, but hell she could’ve died. ANd she has to live with the effects of a gunshot wound for life. Please believe just about everyone in her situation would sue somebody.

Agree with num1dominicano. How can anyone badmouth her for suing when she’s the one who has to deal with the consequences. Its easy to talk and say that she’s trying to cash in on “poor remy” but reality is that a gunshot wound can cause serious lifelong effects on an individual.

I’d do the same if that happened to me.

I think I will go to Buckhead tommorrow and get a slice from Fellini’s, sit out in the sun and watch the cars go by. Why do I want pizza all of a sudden? She actually has very credible case. Most likey theses cases will settle out of court. Entertainers have to stop thinking they are above the law. The labels that back them have to be held accountable for the image of their clients.

I don’t think the list is long enough for people she should sue. I think we need to add:

1.) All the pizza parlor employees

2.) The bullet manufacturer

3.) Any witnesses to the shooting that night

4.) The reporting press

5.) The entire hospital staff

Hmm, damn, I think we’ve added just about everything. I say she will probably get 100,000 max once this thing blows over.

In a civil lawsuit it’s accepted practice to include any and all parties involved. That way there are enough pockets to draw upon for damages. She was assaulted so she’s entitled to some compensation.

All of you people saying she’s wrong are CRAZY as hell!!! It’s a proven FACT she shot the girl…..where has it been proven that the girl actually stole Remy’s money..When did I miss that?
