huff puff…jesus I normally don’t tend to be laughing at folks and I like ruben but yall are cracking me up which black folks are known to be able to do. If they can’t read and write, they can tell you whats wrong with you. Do your thing Ruben and try to be as healthy as you can. Its a hard thing to get under control if that is your issue!
