Yesterday we reported that singer Ruben Studdard and his fiancee received their marriage license in Birmingham, Alabama. Now we know that this was a true last minute move:
“Ruben Studdard is planning a big Southern wedding Saturday with fiancée Surata Zuri McCants – with at least 20 groomsmen at his side. The American Idol second-season champ will marry McCants, 30, at Canterbury United Methodist Church in the tony Mountainbrook neighborhood of Birmingham, Ala., according to the source close to the wedding. A rep for Studdard confirms he’s getting married this weekend.”
20 groomsmen sounds excessive don’t ya think? Whatever floats their boat.

2. Lots of pork and greasy fried food that will putting you to sleep instantly
3. Souped up Oldsmobile’s and Caprice’s
4. DJ that will play electric slide and the Cha Cha slide at least 4 times, minus the requests

LOL, I went to one last year, and it was SOO much fun. But my God, there was so much greasiness everywhere (it was good though, I won’t even lie), I was concerned for my blood pressure. Even the veggies were greasy.

Here goes Reuben being Captain Save a Hoe. This chick is 30 years old getting butt naked in videos for a living. All these smart black women out here and this is the best he can do. I remember when black men used to have standards when it came to the women they brought home. Now all you have to do is have a nice body,a puss, and long hair. Just because they just got the license doesn’t mean the wedding is last minute. My cousin’s wife didn’t get their license until two days before their wedding even though they had been planning the event for months. No wedding with 20 groomsmen at a “tony” location is last minute.
