The sheriff’s sale should satisfy a judgment – totaling $281,000 with interest – resulting from a breach of contract lawsuit filed in 2004.
Ellenville, NY-based Amusing Diversions won the right to the judgment after doggedly pursuing the star, for not promoting its line of dogwear. On June 9, the pet product line obtained a court order stating a 2006 deed transferring the property to an entity headed by DMX’s wife, Tashera Simmons, was fraudulent, thus paving the way for the August sale.”

Dmx is a tortured soul. He came from a mother who beat him mercilessly and was unloving towards him. No one cared for him during his childhood except for his grandmother and her judgment is questionable. I read his book and it is heart breaking.
He still has many emotional issues that he needs to deal with. That is why he is self medicating. Hopefully one day he can break this cycle of abuse and be free of this destructive behavior.

wow that is so sad to see, that pic reminds me of when i was a little girl and i use to see my dad cracked out laying on the sidewalk. i can’t even make fun of someone one crack because i’ve lived with crackheads all my life. my mother even left when i was 15 and i never even heard from again up until 3 months ago, when my brother got someone to find her. im now 28 and i’ve lived most of my life w/o my mother and because crack was more important to her than her kids. crazy thing is she has not said anything about where she has been or why she had left, she acts ad if she has been here all the while. if i didnt give my life to my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ i would still be hating her to this very day. even when i thought she was dead i still hated her, because she left us like we weren’t shyt. I said that to say this, you never know what cir*****stances will lead someone to drugs or any mind altering substance, and all you can do for someone like that is pray for them.
