I believe that the guilt and pain she has to carry around for the rest of her life is payment in full you can see it in her eyes, her haircut, etc leave the family alone now to grieve in peace. enough is enough.

One more thing, I don’t believe she meant to kill him BUT she didn’t act responsibly knowing he was on the back of her truck. From what I’ve been reading their relationship has always been rocky, arguing and all of that so why would he choose to kill his self now? Now that he has so much going for himself? If I’m not mistaken he was with her when he had nothing.

I believe her, a friend of mine died from jumping off the back of a car that was going at 10 mph and its very sad. Head injuries are nothing to play with. RIP Odia McPhee and RIP Chris Henry.

SHE IS LYING!!!! Basics of body language, as she is talking about him jumping and her going slow she is shaking her head no. When you are lying and know you are lying sometimes you will unconsciencously shake your head no when telling a lie. This girl is LYING!!!!! She was going fast and he did not jump. She threw him from the back.

At his FUNERAL – she was going on and on about her feelings. Funerals are usually about the person that passed away.

I think that she’s scared. They (the police) have NOT OFFICIALLY stated that she would not be charged.

At first she told them (the police) that she didn’t know that he was on the back of the truck. But there are 911 calls from other motorists complaining about a man on the back of a truck pounding against the driver’s side window. So THAT WAS A LIE!

She seems like a very selfish and self-centered person. Everything is always about HER and her!!! She never once (publicy) cried for Chris or even said that she was sorry for the part she played in his death.

This situation is very, very sad.

She, and her children need all the prayers they can get.

Where the hell is the prosecutor/D.A.???? We have a flat our murderer on national t.v. acting like a dayum victim!

Why is she waiting for the questions, instead of pleading her case? Maybe she’s on alot of meds due to grieving, but it’s like speak up and tell it all. Even if he thought he could jump off, she should have pulled over, because he had a cast on one arm and couldn’t possibly have good balance.

I’m not God and I wasn’t there. So to say negative things about her or whether she’s guilty of negligence I can’t say. Why did he jump in the back of that truck anyway? But in my eyes she definitely appears grief stricken. I’m praying for Chris’ family including her and their beautiful kids.

This is just plain sad, I feel for the victim’s family and I truly pray that God will deal with the wife and something happens. Because I am sick of these types of things happening. First, that football player McNair, and now this ? I can’t hear anymore bad news…

Newsflash: She was fleeing the scene of a heated altercation, and HE jumped in the bed of the moving truck. That is gross negligence on his part, not murder on hers. It’s completely forseeable that jumping into the bed of a moving vehichle could result in grave injury or death. I think it’s sad the young man died, but let’s be real and stop calling this woman a murderer when the person who is responsible for the fatality is the deceased. Chris Henry was a grown man and he put himself at risk by doing something shockingly stupid.

Was she irresponsible in not stopping? Absolutely. But that doesn’t make her a murderer.

She caused this to happen and she should pay no matter what! She robbed the children of their father and she will have to live with that fact for the rest of her life.

She can’t have an attorney.. She’s incriminating herself.. I believe she had a rational reason to be fearful, and frantic. It sounds like she knew what she was doing.. Stating he was standing on the back of the truck while she was moving.. She tried to hurt him. Do I think she tried to kill him?? no.. domestic situations often times escalate so fast and are so dangerous. I learned in school that these type of relationships usually don’t last over seven years because by that time someone is either dead or in jail. A visiting minister spoke Sunday AND WAS SAYING HOW THE LOVE OF MAN HAS WAXED COLD AND THAT MEN ARE MORE LOVERS OF THEMSELVES and denying the Lord and power of his might. It is so true..

I feel sorry for her!! i cant imagine living knowing i had a part in my fiancee death. She is lucky his family took her side cuz i dont think many other familys would have! This is very sad so sad! SMH

You people kill me, clearly, regardless, she didnt push him or ask him to jump in the back of the truck, this is a CHOICE he made and the consequence was death! I am sure she didnt say get in the back and hauled A Z Z with intentions of killing him, of course not.
I dont know what happened but clearly I believe she is innocent, regardless, if she kept going or not because if someone was trying to whoop my A Z Z and yelling at me then hopped on the back of my truck, my reaction would have been the same, KEEP GOING!

They both played a part… HE jumped in the bed of the truck and SHE kept driving. Thats her fiancee not a stranger! She should have stopped PERIOD!! if she was in fear of him, then why would she be marrying him??? They had been together for years. She is a spoiled brat and wanted her way or no way! thats why she kept driving!!

If she was in danger and he jumped on the back of the truck and if she was too afraid to stop and let him off WHY would she not just say so? All she would have to say is that they had an altercation and things went out of control. As a matter of fact she does not even have to make a PUBLIC statement, the only people she would have to make a statement to is the police. That would be better than making up a story not once, but twice and making yourself look really suspicious because if it is found out that this second story that she is saying is not true them no one will believe her if she does decide to come out with the truth.

She has a history of attacking this man and actually had a court case pending. I think that she is a hothead, and as a result, that young man lost his life. I am conflicted on whether she should do jail time only becausethe children have lost one parent already. Still, I am finding her story hard to believe, especially with 2 seperate 911 calls stating the man was pounding on the back of the cab window on the truck

Oh..this doesn’t make sense at all. I hope the police are sitting back gathering evidence against her cause she is the reason he’s dead.

Ever since I read about it, something just didn’t sit well with me about it. For a young man that had 3 children and that was excited about the new direction that his life was taking to JUMP off the back of a moving truck is kinda suspect to me; I believe that she was speeding and stopped suddenly and he was thrown from the back of the truck.

Comments like ‘I wasn’t driving fast and I wouldn’ve stopped if I could’ just raise flags. We may never know the REAL truth.

I din’t believe she meant for that to happen. it just happened to be the way it was. she was afraid of him hurting her if she had stopped. and he was afraid he would get hurt if she didnt stopped which is what appears to me what could have been the case. that’s why she didnt just stop anywhere along that road. it could have been her dead instead. she left him to make his own judgement and I’m sorry he jumped out like that. he should have hanged on until she decided to stop on her own since she was in control of the wheel. he should have just sat down patiently and waited unless he saw she was heading for a accident like hitting a tree. yeah jump out put if he didnt she her heading in that direction he should have hung in there til the end. she would have stop. or flagged someone down for help himself on her driving reckless. god bless both of them and both families and children with no father.

there was a witness who called 911 while she drove behind the truck and she said he threatened to jump. he’s a grown man who made the decision to jump into the back of a moving vehicle so why is everyone trying to blame her??

She should be charged – at minimum – with leaving the scene of a crime/accident!

The truth of what lead up to his death will never come out unless mad $tacks are put on the table. And where are Chris Henry’s family and true friends?? Why hasn’t anyone outside of the Police started an investigation? The bottom line is this, Lolieni Tonga – you could have just stopped the truck. No excuses and you’re full of ish and a very good with your interview. You should go to Hollyweird and be an actress.

You know.. whether or not she deliberately killed him or whatever is hypothetical. It’s a very sad situation, but when does personal accountability come into place? Chris Henry was a grown man, and I’m sure well acquainted with the rules of gravity. Most of us know it’s not a good idea to jump into the back of a moving truck — I’m sure he could’ve deliberated this as well. It was negligence and ignorance that caused his death.

Note to all people… if your relationship consists more of arguing, volatile yelling matches, and the dramatics that these two apparently shared, it’s probably a sign that your asses don’t need to be together. So be mature, sensible adults and STOP. SMH.
