I have seen him out before and it is possible that the black girl probably did not throw any heat his way – so he just went with what was easier for the night. Most guys I know do that regardless of race – it could have been two black chicks…a man will always go with what’s easier.

Also – I agree with Ty. A lot of black women do need to lose weight – not just for looks but for health reasons. Men are simply not attracted to a big gut- no matter what color you are. Especially those of us who are young and have not had any kids yet. There is no excuse ladies we can do better!

@ SMDH, I know how you feel, I truly do, but trust that not all black men are down with the swirl. A lot of black men actually do PREFER black women and only want black women but they want DECENT, hard working, respectable women. Not the hoochies and hoes that are out there. I’m not saying you’re one, I’m just saying. I have a good black man who dated nothing but black women. My brothers want nothing but black women and they all treat us with respect. Please don’t think all black men are like this because they’re not.

I don’t think he is prejudice about a woman’s skin color. My friend and I were on 59th Street right next to his apartment building and he was trying to talk to my friend, who is dark skinned and very pretty-She’s the one who told him she wasn’t interested.
