Jay-Z may not have time for little things like the Oscars and Beyonce, but he did make time to attend music executive Kevin Liles' birthday party in NYC last night. Looks like he is getting some emotional support from music executive Lyor Cohen.



T.I., Serena Williams, and Russell Simmons were also spotted at the party.
