I know she just had a baby, but damn, Melanie Brown is living up to the "Scary" in her moniker Scary Spice in that green sequin Bishop Don Juan get-up. Definitely not a good look, from the crazy bronze self-tan to those cream un-flattering shoes. Sometimes it's best to just stay home with the baby until you can get it together...
