Ruben’s wedding went down yesterday with the 20 groomsmen in full effect:
Ruben Studdard married Surata Zuri McCants at Canterbury United Methodist Church in his hometown of Birmingham, Ala., Saturday with 20 groomsmen at his side.
Studdard met McCants in October 2006, when he was signing CDs at a Wal-Mart in Atlanta. Struck by her beauty, he followed her to the store’s toy department, and requested her phone number.
Ain’t nothing wrong with a little Wal-Mart lovin. Congrats to them..

I agree with the comments, that the “Tip Drill” video was over the top. But what is the difference between what Nelly did in his video, and Playboy or Hustler? Have you ever noticed that when white people do the same thing but worse, it’s some how deemed sexy! The next question you must ask, is what type of woman will sell herself short like that, the only person making the money is Nelly. Most women with low-self esteem are women without a strong father figure in their life, so brothas if you don’t want your daughter being in a “Tip Drill” video, posing for playboy, or working in a strip club, then you need to step-up to the plate, and be a strong positive influence for your daughter. It does not matter how much money you don’t have, just be a strong influence, and make sure she knows you are willing and ready to die for her. Gentleman if you do this, the satisfaction you will get in your life is like nothing you can ever imagine. The love of a daughter for her father is like nothing else any other women can ever give you. Treasure the moments with your daughter as she grows into a successful women and mother one day. Remember how men treat your daughter will be a direct reflection on how you treat your daughter, treat her like ***** and other men will treat her like *****, treat her like gold and she will demand to be treated like gold by every man she comes in contact with.
