The Swiss woman we told you about who claimed Sisqo hit it and quit it ten years ago, when she was only 14-years-old, says despite the new orders granting her child support, all she really wants is for the Dru Hill singer to stop being a deadbeat dad and meet his son face to face.
Jamila Farid claims she was just 14 when she met and slept with the star while he was touring with his band Dru Hill in Zurich, Switzerland in 1999.
She fell pregnant and welcomed baby son Ian, sending several letters to alert the star’s management of the birth.
When she received no response, Farid then confronted the Thong Song hitmaker when the group returned to Zurich in 2003 – but she claims Sisqo was only interested in bedding her once more.
She recalls, “I went armed with a photo of Ian to show him. It was clear he remembered me as the girl he had sex with. But not as the girl with the baby. I was shocked at his behaviour and said no. I was so upset I couldn’t bring myself to talk about Ian.”
The 25 year old later showed Sisqo a photo of Ian through website MySpace.com, but the singer reportedly denied paternity because he didn’t see a resemblance between himself and the child.
A Swiss court has ruled the singer is the dad after Farid’s six-year legal battle – and officials are now chasing him for $2,400 (£1,500) monthly payments.
But the single mum maintains she isn’t interested in Sisqo’s money – she simply wants her 10 year old to know who his dad is.
She adds, “He (Ian) should have the right to know where he came from and who he is…
“What has Sisqo to hide? If he isn’t the father then why not prove it? But I know he is the dad and it hurts me he doesn’t want to see Ian. All I want is for Ian to be able to say, ‘That’s my dad.'”
Why not go meet your kid or at least get a paternity test while you’re already in the UK for “Big Brother” anyway Sisqo?
