As a Christian, I am appalled that this man thinks this way. Also, I find it interesting that he believes that all the natural disasters that happen where black people live, happen because those people brought it upon themselves. I didn’t hear him open his trap about people bringing a natural disaster upon themselves when flooding wiped out parts of Iowa a year and a half ago.

I have never posted on here before but I’m sorry, this story has me rattled, so I had to!! On CNN, they were just speaking about an 11 year old girl who is trapped under rubble next to numerous dead bodies. She is pleading for help and screaming in agony..and they placed a BIBLE next to her so they could console her, but Pat Robertson is accusing these people of having a “pact with the devil” in terms of vodou and saying they are being penalized because of that??!! Eighty percent of Haitians are Roman Catholic and the remainder are Protestant, so Pat Robertson and others need to educate themselves before they speak about subjects and make themselves sound like blithering idiots!!

Of course people would think that way…I have always had a fear about Haiti-aka as Hell…I have my own thoughts on why it’s not all scientific!

He actually has a point. I am a Haitian American, and what he is saying should not be thrown out or dismissed because of his skin color. My people in Haiti are suffering right now but this was long coming, because majority of them strongly practice voodoo and believe in black magic and Satan, In fact Voodooism is the second religion widely practice in Haiti among Catholicism. Many Haitians have die yes do to devastation, natural disasters and etc. but many Haitians have also die in the hands of there own kind whether for the reason of politics, money, hatred or jealousy. Look at what he was saying about Haiti sharing a border with the Dominican Republic, But DR has not yet seen as much of devastation as Haiti has seen in this past few years because this is the work of the lord setting out to teach those who practice voodooism.
