It is an absolute disgrace for Jay Z to allow this to take place at his establishment. It is not only dangerous but ridiculous to charge the servers for some thief who decides to run out on the bill. A waiter at another establishment was stabbed in the parking lot by a customer because of ridiculous business practices such as these. Jay z and management should be facing jail time for this.
