I know house are cheap down their I have family there, I thought about investing in some real estate right after the Katrina, I changed my mind. I know real estate is also pretty reasonable in Houston Texas also. You can easily get a 3500 sq ft home for 150,000 in a very nice area.

I have been looking hard at Southern part of France in the country, very nice and the prices are right too.
I’m not spending over 300,000 for any house. There is a nice black area in Paris and the train ride would only be about 2 hours from where I am looking, maybe I should say the middle south area of France lol!
