A coworker of mine doesn’t shave her legs and I dread to see the summer coming because she insists on wearing short skirts. If you don’t want to shave your legs, that’s fine, but please don’t say that “black women don’t shave their legs’ because most of us DO! I get tired of people I don’t know and don’t want to know speaking for me.

I think I read it somewhere, or heard her say on some show (it’s been years) that she doesn’t shave her legs. That’s her choice, but it looks gross.

SHUT UP! Who cares about who she is fielding calls from. That is only important if that is what you are aiming for in life. Since I am not trying to be an actress, since I could care less about the A+ list, it is important that I shave my legs and look lady-like.

We are happy for her but she didn’t have to look like big foot in the process!
