Can someone PLEASE show me the written rule that once your 30, 40, 50 you cant look like that it HAS to be someother reason if you do.
I mean just cuz we used to lookin at at our overweight out of shape family members (uncles, aunts etc) does not mean thats the way it HAS to go.
All the women in my family got big by the time they were 40. My mom broke that mold she didnt wanna be unhealthy.
Shes 55 years old and you cant tell AT ALL, she’s 5′2 125 works out 3 times a week, no surgery blah blah blah

Just because a guy spends time in the gym doesnt make him gay or whatever else. My hubby and I hit the gym together 4 times a week and still have time for plenty of other things.

How do you know? …well here ya go. His own vanity gives it away…Dude conducted a work out in slacks LMAO..did no squats or Leg Presses or stiff-leg deads…LOL…got sticks for legs..have u seen them of course not! His own vanity exposes it if he had legs everyone he would be sure everyone saw them..it takes real work to develop great legs cant get them with surgery (calves ehh a little)…plus it is an anatomical impossiblity to have shredded abs without benefit of having the legs to match unless its surgery and over supplementation… Like Janet Jackson years ago had a mini 6 pack and flabby thighs lol..so there ya go and now you know.

Wow! I can’t believe some of the comments about this article. It’s really sad people would make these comments because someone has a passion about the gym. I don’t understand how wanting to be healthy makes you gay! I’m 39 and will be 40 soon. I work out 5 to 6 days a week. I do it because it’s my passion, hobbie, and mental outlet in life. I read his articles and actually done a lot of the things he mentioned. And it works…I thought I was going to die the first 4 weeks, but it started getting better each work out. I’m in really go shape now, and like the way I look. I’m the same weight when I was 25. But my point is that you can do it also if your willing to put in the time, effort, and discipline. Most people don’t want to, so it’s so much easier to conform, make excuses, and hate. He had surgeries, or on steriods, he is gay..please read the work-out and then do it…run 15miles, lift weights, and eat clean…guarantee you look nice..I’m not saying it, I did it…We should be thanking the brother for not drinking 40oz, and smoking weed..and getting high blood pressure, colon cancer, and diabetes being a blackman. Instead we continue to praise that overweight brotha, with high blood pressure and smoking weed every change he gets and hate on brotha who promotes health. Wow!
