I don’t know what the big deal is either. It’s the women – young and old – who blew this song up. Even after knowing the true meaning of this song, ya’ll was still popping your fingers and dancing to it – and you can’t blame this one one the beat, ’cause there is NO BEAT! And as far as names go for some of these DOWN SOUTH RAPPERS: You’ve got someone going by Big Coon, you’ve got somebody called Jim Crow – I mean are you serious? In this day and age you REALLY think that’s cool. And I don’t descriminate – I’m made at Nas’ behind for the title he gave his last CD. Let’s face it ya’ll as Black people, you’ve got to know THAT OUR ANCESTORS ARE NOT PROUD OF US! But as long as we keeps on a grinning and shucking ‘n jiving that’s all that matters as long as the money keeps coming in, RIGHT!! I see now why my man, who is black and from Hazelhurst, GA says he hates black people. Actually, he uses the N word in describing it. He won’t watch videos, black movies – none of that. Soulja Boy is illiterate… He has to be, spelling “Soldier” like that purposely!! That’s not someone I’d want as a “role model” for my future kids… I plan on teaching my children that it’s not cute, and rather ridiculous to purposely misspell words!… But I can’t hate… Lil Man is doin his thing!

He became a hit via a song with a dance to it. You had fools doing it on Youtube and at sporting events. That is why his crap sold well. And what really makes me mad is that if this was Romeo Ice T was bashing *****ody would defend Romeo.

Who is doing the same thing as Soulja Coon. Only thing is his music is clean and promoted via the web. He has a clothing line, food line, a few movies, going to college and keeps his pants up at major events.

The one doing it right (and probably has more money than Soulja Boy) is ignored and the one that clowns is supported.
