Because one-time in Cobb County loves lockin’ folks up, it will probably be awhile before the alleged baby beater is booked because there are 20 more alleged baddies in front of him, but police say his bail will be set at $20,000.

That seems wayyyyyyyyy too low for someone charged with breaking a 1-year-old’s leg, arms, ribs and collarbone, among other injuries.
