MsDaily is correct, that’s Tiger in the first photo, the facility just put up a higher fence this week. Coincidence? Uh no. He was too stupid to hire the decoy to go out before HE went out in the first place to throw the paps off, or better yet he should have hired this decoy to be at another facility in Hawaii or someplace far from where he’s really at so he could have had his people tip off the paparazzi so they’d follow the decoy and not him. Now he’s only intensifying interest in him, he’s making himself into a “Where’s Waldo” type of figure

Yeah….that is Tiger in the first pic…I am all for him getting his family back and moving forward with life, same as I have felt about Mike Vick..I just wish he would learn to embrace himself as a Black man….
