As for the suit, they don’t make baggy, sagging rough kneck suits. Suits should, are and always have been neat and tailored to fit the wearer to perfection. The brief zoot suit trend went out of style decades ago. Before any of us were even born so I’m not sure where you every saw baggy suits. Granted tighter pants are all the rage now, but we ain’t never seen Jay in no coochie cutter pants.
I’m no hater though so I do commend him on his business ethic. He has done better than many rappers because he actually kept investing money rather than just buy big houses fancy cars and junk. Investing will always keep you rich.

I was actually referring to the people who write the blog, not the people posting comments. And I stand by opinion that Jay is not hideous to look at. And I’ll put money on the fact that many of the people who call him ugly are likely average themselves and still get dates. Gorgeous people are not the only people who date and they don’t date each other exclusively. Not everyone can be Halle Berry or Shemar Moore pretty. They always think it stays with one investor, but it only stays if you let it. You can go to human resources department and request the information about the 401k which lists the investors codes. Buy the software to plug the codes in and monitor them. That’s why eventhough the stocks are down the rich people in the market are getting even richer. You need to know how to play the cards and know how to do things the average company will not tell. Don’t be fooled by the antics because it is also a way to get people to cash out their 401ks. That’s how you lose a heavy percentage of it. Move your 401k quarterly and invest it in more than one company. Guarantee you will triple it and your company will wonder how you figured it out.

If you say so girl. I work with the rich (leading economists) and right now they’re bawlin’ like babies about their portfolios, and they can’t sell, because they’ll lose even more. public companies have been taking major hits across the board, and the gov’t will bail them out, and not us.
Diversifying is one thing, but if everyone’s hurting how’s there money to be made. Top *****ysts are all saying the same thing. And another thing, when the dollar crashes, and that’s imminent, how much will a portfolio be worth?
Look at it this way, America has 10% unemployment, that includes those who no longer appear in the system because they’ve been unemployed 6 months or more, and this is expected to continue until the fall of next year. This will continue to have a VERY negative effect on Wall Street.
We can all be optimistic, but this is a very unique situation, a perfect financial storm so to speak.

I’m putting the condo plans on hold, buying right now is not a good idea (esp in NYC) property values are falling like crazy. The B/F’s a former real estate *****yst and all of his predictions have been true thus far. Can’t help but to speak on this. Stock values (as with the value of anything) always flucuate, i.e. the home prices you mentioned. The key is that portfolio’s should be diversified.
With stocks down, now is the time to puchase. Unfortunately some people would only understand this concept if “Cadillacs are being sold at a 20% discount.”

I’m glad for your insight. I’m still learning so I listen to everyone’s takes on things and evaluate them. One thing I can say about the housing market cause that’s veering towards what I’ve been spending years studying, is that people are having a hard time due to creditors and mortgage loan companies. Many people didn’t take out mortgage loans at a fixed rate so now it’s fluctuating and people can’t afford the mortgage payments which is so sad. The thing you posted about NYC is very true. I see it as this. Why waste time paying millions for a condo in NYC when you can buy an old brownstone for the same price and rehab it, rent it out, and make crazy money. If I could afford one I would definitely buy on and rehab it with my own designs and rent it out. On top of that I would buy houses in new establishing places like Charlotte NC where houses are dirt cheap right now. People just have to look around.

The lenders brought this on themselves with their predatory tactics. I used to work for Wamu as a loan specialist during college, and we hustled the elderly in brooklyn like it was *****ody’s business to tap into the equity in their homes.
The whole supply and demand bull***** drove up prices and now there’s just too much inventory on the market and at this point there seems to be no end in sight. Just trying to school you, oh and the condo I was looking at was about 270k with 2 bdrms, balcony w/a washer and dryer in the unit, but the prices in that building have been falling so I think I can get it cheaper in a year or two. Hope my insight helps.

Hmmm I so agree with you about those “suits” of Steve Harvey (and Shaq). Those suits are fashion. They look Hammerish (buffoonish). Jay has evolved into a REAL fashion icon who can rock the hell out of a Tom Ford suit.

There are sooooo many other people who look better than him in a Tom Ford Suit, or any suit for that matter.
He only looks good in the above photos COMPARED TO THE usual unproportionate outfits he usually wears (when he doesnt have Fashion magazine Staff dressing him as he does here).
Sniper, other than Brad Pitt or Luda PLEASE name one other person you know who is rocking Tom Ford suits. Jay actually wears Tom Ford on a regular basis, not just when he is being styled for magazine shoots. If you look at candids of him in blogs, you would notice that a lot of the suits he wears out to meetings are Tom Ford. The outfit you are talking about being disproportionate the other day, is actually what European designers have been floating for a while in the marketplace, so while you might see it that way, short jackets and slim fitting pants are selling like crazy.

But honestly, someone knowing to rock Tom Ford suits does not make him stylish. It takes a lot more than that.
