On a serious note though,they usually seem pretty happy. They are married and I don’t think that there is any true jealousy between them (or if there is – that’s sad). However, I do think that Nick is probably uneasy regarding the direction of his career. It must be rough with the scrutiny of being married to a legend. Everyone expects him to all of a sudden do something HUGE…when the reality is – he was never that big. So why expect it now?

Then again, it can’t be that rough being married to Mariah. There are definitely more than a few perks. He knows that he benefits from her cash flow. FACT.

Judging by the roles I’ve seen her play, Nick has NOTHING to be jealous about.

I don’t know if I believe this story — They look pretty happy to me. Mimi has had some rocky spots in the past, so I think she deserves all the happiness in the world.

As far as her acting ability is concerned, Mariah rebounded after the debacle called “Glitter” (which had a great soundtrack if you like old school hits like “Funkin’ for Jamaica”). I thought she was utterly unrecognizable in “Precious” and played the role convincingly. I read that Lee Daniels prohibited from her from using any makeup or being accompanied by an entourage while filming. The extra effort paid off, I think.

Mimi also appeared in another film several years ago called “WiseGirls” with Mira Sorvino, and I liked it.

He is younger and she is much older and maybe his image of married is surrounded by his views for right now and his age but Mariah had been there and done all of this before way before him… When older woman marry and pick up these younger men they need to realize that there experience are not the same as your and that goes for grown men who loves to pick up baby girls as well you are not getting a grown adult but someone who is maturing into a adult…

Nick needs a reality check if he’s upset about Mariah’s non existent acting success. Since when can Mariah act?
