However to state that the rate of HIV/AIDS is Horrific @Money Magnet is not true. According to the CIA World Factbook, Brazil has a 0.60% rate and listed as 66 in the world…….the United States ALSO has a 0.60% and listed as 68 in the world!! Know your facts before you give your own opinionated BS.
