My point is this is not a serious medium for intellectual discussion. So it is no reason to get bent out of shape about a few comments that are meant to be tongue in cheek. On sites for white people to anonymously cut the fool and make jokes and give their opinions, I would say the same thing. Stop being so serious. Now if those jokes are on T.V., radio, etc. by PAID actors for a general audience in a serious manner that is different. What people want to say on web blogs is their opinion. There are much more important battles to fight and more legitimate ways to fight them than arguing with people on a gossip site. Use that energy in a manner that may actually inspire change. That is all I am saying.
